Responsible travel-service provider

The responsible licensed travel agency is the contracting travel-service provider. It is responsible for confirmation, invoicing, vouchers, cancellation decisions, refunds and the travel-service contract.

The relevant independent experience provider is responsible for delivering the experience and complying with applicable operational and safety requirements.

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the website form creates an enquiry only. It does not guarantee availability or immediately create a confirmed booking.

The responsible licensed travel agency checks availability and accepts or rejects the enquiry.

A booking is confirmed only after:

1. The licensed travel agency accepts the enquiry;
2. The required advance is received; and

Prices and payments

After acceptance, PafosTours may collect the stated advance on behalf of the responsible licensed travel agency as its authorised payment intermediary.

The advance forms part of the total experience price. The remaining balance is paid directly to the responsible provider at the experience location.

PafosTours may receive a separate marketing or referral commission from the licensed travel agency under their commercial agreement.

Customer responsibilities

The licensed travel agency is responsible for the booking contract, confirmation, invoicing, cancellation and refunds. The experience provider is responsible for delivering the experience.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
